How long does Payarmin take to work?
Nobody can say how long Payarmin takes to work, because no study of the product exists and it is not sold as a treatment.
The sales page leans on phrases such as "6-month treatment" and "96% of customers". Neither has a source. A supplement is not a treatment, and the "96%" has no sample, no date and no method behind it.
The studies on single ingredients vary a lot. Chromium trials ran for weeks or months at hundreds of mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium). One dropper of Payarmin holds 0.7 mcg. Ginseng trials showed an average fasting glucose drop near 5.6 mg/dL, with high variation and no change in A1C (Shishtar et al., PLoS One 2014).

What can you expect in the first 60 days of Payarmin?
Expect a routine, not a result, in the first 60 days, and keep a short log so you can judge fairly.

Is a bigger pack worth it if results are not promised?

What should you measure to judge Payarmin results?
Measure things you can count: sleep hours, energy at set times, meals, steps and, if your doctor already has you testing, your meter readings.
Avoid the fuzzy question "do I feel better". Feelings drift with the weather, with work and with caffeine. A two-line log ends the guessing.
