Payarmin refund policy: the steps, the address and the timing
To get a Payarmin refund, call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] with your order ID within 60 days of purchase. Then mail the bottles, full or empty, to the returns address with tracking. You pay the return postage. Refunds follow the credit of your bottles.

Expect the refund about 3-5 business days after your returned bottles are credited, then 5-10 days more for your card issuer to post it.
That is two waits, and the first starts only after the parcel arrives and is logged. Add the days in transit, which depend on the service you choose and are not published.
A rough picture, if every step goes well: a few days to mail, 3-5 business days to credit the refund, then 5-10 days at the card issuer. That can be two to three weeks from the day you post the box. It is an estimate built from the stated windows, not a promise.
The 60 days are counted from the date of purchase, and the claim has to begin inside them. Start early: the mailing time also uses up part of your window.

What if you are past 60 days, or bought elsewhere?
If you are past 60 days or bought from a reseller, the stated refund terms may not apply, but the order desk can tell you.
The sales page gives no grace period. A claim on day 61 may be refused. Call anyway, be brief, and have the order ID ready.
For a bottle bought from a marketplace or a store, the seller of that listing sets the rules. We know of no authorized Payarmin listing outside the official checkout, as the where to buy page explains.
If the order was never delivered, or arrived damaged or with a broken seal, tell the desk right away. The label says not to use the drops if the seal is damaged or missing. See the shipping page for what is known about delivery.

What if your Payarmin refund does not arrive?
If a Payarmin refund does not arrive, check the timing, then ask the order desk, and then your card issuer.
Count from the date the bottles were credited, not from the day you mailed them. Send the tracking number and delivery confirmation to the desk with your order ID.
If the desk confirms a refund was issued and your statement shows nothing after the 5-10 days, call the bank or card company. They can see pending and posted items that we and the desk cannot.
Keep taking any prescribed medicine as directed while you sort out an order. A refund question is never a reason to change a treatment plan.
