Ingredients
Payarmin ingredients: all 23 label lines, in label order
Payarmin's ingredients are chromium picolinate (0.7 mcg) and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 lines, listed from most to least by weight: maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango and eighteen more. Single amounts are not printed. The label order tells us the most each line can weigh.

The list01
What are the ingredients in Payarmin?
Payarmin has 23 label lines: chromium (as chromium picolinate) plus a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients.
The blend runs from maca at the top to L-carnitine at the bottom.
The sales page names only six and prints no amounts. We follow the label. Open Payarmin Supplement Facts.

Nine pages02
Which Payarmin ingredients are the most studied?
Gymnema, ginseng, chromium, African mango and green tea have the most research tied to blood sugar.
- Chromium picolinate: the one printed amount.
- Gymnema, African mango and Panax ginseng.
- Green tea and guarana, maca and adaptogens and grape seed.
- The amino acids and the other blend lines.
Why order matters03
Why does the order of the Payarmin ingredients matter?
The order matters because a proprietary blend must list its ingredients from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). That order sets a ceiling for every line.
Line k can weigh at most 200 divided by k milligrams. An even split gives about 9.09 mg per line. Real weights slope downward from the top.
Gymnema is 8th, so 200 / 8 = 25 mg at most per mL. Studies used 200 to 400 mg of extract a day (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph).
The ceiling is a limit, not a guess. The true weight can be much lower.
Filter the formula04
What does each group of Payarmin ingredients do?
The 22 blend lines fall into plant extracts, other compounds and amino acids, and each group is known for something different.
Amino acids were mostly studied in sports at gram doses, far above what a 200 mg blend can hold.

How much of each Payarmin ingredient is in a dropper?
Nobody outside the maker knows. The table gives the most each line can weigh per 1 mL, the studied dose and the evidence.
Figures are per 1 mL serving. We assume one dropper holds 1 mL. If it holds less, every figure shrinks.
| Label line | Place | Per 1 mL serving | Amount used in research | Evidence |

Flags06
Which Payarmin ingredients need care?
Five groups need care: caffeine sources, xylitol, ingredients that interact with drugs, tryptophan and licorice-derived compounds.
Caffeine, no amount
Guarana and green tea both carry caffeine (MSKCC, Guarana). FDA cites 400 mg a day for most healthy adults (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?).
Xylitol and dogs
Xylitol is in the other ingredients. It can drop a dog's blood sugar within 10 to 60 minutes (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
Drug interactions
Chromium and gymnema may add to diabetes drugs. Grapefruit can affect some prescriptions (FDA, Grapefruit juice and drugs).
Licorice and tryptophan
Glycyrrhizin can affect blood pressure and heart rhythm in large amounts (NCCIH, Licorice Root). L-tryptophan should not mix with serotonin drugs (Drugs.com, L-tryptophan).
Keep taking your prescribed medicine, and show the label to your pharmacist. See side effects.
The rest07
What are the other ingredients in Payarmin?
Glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors are the other ingredients.
Glycerin and water form the base, stevia and xylitol sweeten it, and two salts preserve it. Purified stevia (95% or more Reb A) has FDA no-questions letters (FDA, Aspartame and Other Sweeteners).
The sales page says "100% natural"; the label lists preservatives. Compare packs on the pricing page.
FAQ08
Payarmin ingredients: questions people ask
How many ingredients are in Payarmin?
Payarmin lists 23 label lines: chromium (as chromium picolinate) plus a proprietary blend of 22 ingredients. The sales page names only six and gives no amounts, so we use the label's count of 23.
What is the main ingredient in Payarmin?
By label order it is maca root extract, because blends list the largest by weight first. Its amount is not printed. It could weigh up to 200 mg, but with 21 other lines sharing the blend it likely weighs far less.
Does Payarmin contain caffeine?
Yes. Guarana seed extract and green tea leaf extract both carry caffeine, and the label does not print how much. FDA cites 400 mg a day as a level most healthy adults tolerate.
Is there sugar in Payarmin?
The label prints no sugar or calories line. The base is sweetened with stevia extract and xylitol, a sugar alcohol. Xylitol is dangerous to dogs, so keep the bottle away from pets.
What does a proprietary blend on a supplement label mean?
A proprietary blend lists a total weight, here 200 mg, and its ingredients in descending order, without single amounts. Federal rule 21 CFR 101.36 allows it.
Is Payarmin free of dairy, gluten or nuts?
The label prints no allergen statement. A dairy-free badge appears in brand artwork, with no named verifier. If you have an allergy, ask the distributor in writing before you order.
