Who we are01

Who runs the Payarmin official website?

Payarmindaily is a stocked U.S. Payarmin counter. We are neither the manufacturer nor the distributor named on the label.

Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL is the distributor on the label. It does not name who makes the drops. We read the bottle, the sales page and the research, then write down what we found. We earn money when you use our order links.

Our rule is simple. Every number on these pages comes from the label, the sales page or a named public source. Where a number is hidden, we say it is hidden. Read how we work on the editorial standards page.

  • 1 or 2 droppers a day, 30 mL bottle
  • All 23 label lines typed out

The product02

What is Payarmin, bottle in hand?

Payarmin is a dietary supplement in liquid drops, packed in a 1 fl oz (30 mL) amber glass bottle with a black dropper top.

The front says "Payarmin" in dark red serif letters and "ADVANCED SUPPORT" in gold capitals. Three small icons carry claims with an asterisk, such as "Helps Convert Nutrients Into Usable Energy". The asterisk points to the usual FDA statement that these lines are not evaluated.

It is a supplement, not a medicine. Supplements are not FDA-approved before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). Nothing on the bottle says it treats a disease, and we will not say so either.

The simple summary: one bottle, thirty 1 mL servings, a label that lists 23 lines, and a routine that takes about ten seconds. The rest of this site is the detail behind that sentence. Start with how the drops work or go straight to the Supplement Facts panel.

Claims03

What does the Payarmin sales page promise, and what does the evidence say?

The sales page promises more than the label supports. It calls the drops "the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels", yet it names no trial of the product.

The American Diabetes Association finds no supplement proven to lower blood glucose (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements). The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says the same about most supplements (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements). A promise is not a result.

The sales page also names only six ingredients and prints no amounts. The label lists 23 lines. We follow the label, because it is the legal record on the bottle. The table sets eight sales claims beside what we could check.

  1. Sales headlineCalls Payarmin “the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels”No trial has tested Payarmin. The ADA finds no supplement proven to lower glucose, and NCCIH warns against replacing care with one. (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements) (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements)
  2. Insulin copyTalks of “insulin sensitivity” and “balanced blood sugar”The label prints 0.7 mcg of chromium (2% DV). Key glucose trials used hundreds of micrograms, with mixed results. (NIH ODS, Chromium)
  3. Proof copyCalls ingredients “clinically proven” (the FAQ softens it to “scientifically recognized”)No trial of the product is named. Single-ingredient evidence is thin or mixed, and comes from much larger doses. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
  4. Natural copySays “100% natural”The label also lists sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. 'Natural' is a marketing word rather than a standard. (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements)
  5. Treatment copyCalls the 6-bottle pack a “6-month treatment”A dietary supplement is not a treatment. The FDA does not approve supplements, and none is proven to treat diabetes. (FDA, Illegally Sold Diabetes Treatments) (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements)
  6. Ingredient countNames six ingredients and prints no amountsThe label lists chromium plus 22 blend lines. In all, the blend weighs 200 mg, about 9.1 mg per line on an even split. (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR))
  7. Social proofSays “96% of customers” choose the 6-bottle packNo survey, sample size or date is given. Claims like this need evidence behind them. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
  8. Bottle frontThree icon claims: “Helps Convert Nutrients Into Usable Energy*”, “Made With Natural Ingredients*”, “Balance Form System*”Every one carries an asterisk. On the Supplement Facts side sits the FDA statement: not evaluated by FDA, not intended to treat any disease. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)

Claims as printed on the sales page (Payarmin sales page) and the label. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, which generally means human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

A day with the bottle04

How do you take Payarmin through a normal day?

You take 1 or 2 droppers a day, placed in the mouth and swallowed, after you shake the bottle well. That is the whole label direction.

The sales page prefers the morning before a meal. The label does not state how much one dropper holds. We assume 1 mL, which is the printed serving size. If your dropper holds less, every amount below shrinks and a bottle lasts longer.

  1. 7:00 am, before breakfast

Shake the bottle. Fill the dropper once. That is 0.7 mcg of chromium and 200 mg of blend, at 1 mL.

  2. Noon, lunch

Nothing to do on a 1-dropper day. On a 2-dropper day, some people split the second dropper here instead of taking both at once.

  3. 3:00 pm, the slump hour

Guarana and green tea add caffeine, with no amount printed (MSKCC, Guarana). Count it with your coffee.

  4. 9:00 pm, put it away

Cap the bottle and keep it away from heat, light and humidity, out of reach of children and pets.

At 1 dropper a day a bottle lasts about 30 days. At 2 it lasts about 15. See the full routine on how to use Payarmin.

Ingredients05

What ingredients are in Payarmin?

Payarmin lists 23 lines: chromium picolinate plus 22 blend ingredients, from maca at the top to L-carnitine at the bottom.

The blend is a mix of plant extracts, a few compounds and eight amino acids. The label ranks them from most to least by weight. It does not print each amount. We group them into nine pages so you can read the research for each one.

Photos are the brand's own ingredient images or our illustrations. They are not lab pictures of what is in your bottle. The full table is on the Payarmin ingredients page.

The label06

What does the Payarmin Supplement Facts panel say?

The panel lists a 1 ml serving, 30 servings per container, chromium at 0.7 mcg (2% of the Daily Value) and a 200 mg proprietary blend.

No calories line is printed. No extract-ratio footnotes are printed. Glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors are the other ingredients.

Hiding single amounts inside a blend is legal under federal rules (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). It does leave you unable to compare one ingredient with a study dose, which leads to the math below. For the word-for-word panel, open Payarmin Supplement Facts.

The math07

How much of each ingredient is in one dropper of Payarmin?

No single ingredient amount is printed, but the label order caps each one: line k of the blend can weigh at most 200 divided by k milligrams.

An even split of 200 mg across 22 lines is about 9.09 mg each. Gymnema sits at line 8, so it can weigh no more than 25 mg per serving. Studies of gymnema extract used 200 to 400 mg a day (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph). Even at the ceiling, that is one eighth of the low end.

African mango sits at line 4 and tops out at 50 mg. The one small trial used 150 mg twice a day (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss). Panax ginseng, line 12, tops out at 16.7 mg. Take 2 droppers and each ceiling doubles. The same line can also weigh far less than its ceiling.

Chromium is the one printed amount: 0.7 mcg. That is 0.35% of a 200 mcg dose and a sliver of the hundreds of mcg used in glucose trials (NIH ODS, Chromium).

Red bars: what one 1 mL serving can hold (double that at 2 droppers, if a dropper is 1 mL). The label prints only the chromium amount; for blend ingredients we show an even split (200 mg / 22, about 9.1 mg per mL) and the most the label order allows. Blue bars: daily amounts of that ingredient alone in studies; the light extension shows a range. Even the ceilings sit under the studied doses. An extract ratio, where a label prints one, describes how much plant went in, not how strong the extract is (Monagas et al., Front Pharmacol 2022).

Safety09

Who should check with a doctor before using Payarmin?

Anyone who takes prescription medicine, is pregnant or nursing, is under 18 or has a known medical condition should talk to a physician first. The label says so word for word.

Keep taking your prescribed medicine.

Never stop or change a diabetes medicine, or any other prescription, because of a supplement. Tell your doctor or pharmacist what you take.

Caffeine, no amount

Guarana and green tea add caffeine. FDA cites 400 mg a day as a level most healthy adults tolerate (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?). The drops do not print their share.

Xylitol and dogs

The drops contain xylitol. It can drop a dog's blood sugar fast and is an emergency (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). Store the bottle where pets cannot reach it.

The label caution

"Do not exceed recommended dose." Keep out of reach of children. Skip any bottle whose safety seal is damaged or missing.

The full list of effects is on Payarmin side effects. A short quiz on who it is for covers the rest.

Numbers10

What do blood sugar numbers mean?

NIDDK calls an A1C below 5.7% normal, 5.7% to 6.4% prediabetes and 6.5% or higher diabetes, confirmed with a repeat test (NIDDK, Diabetes & Prediabetes Tests).

Type in a reading below to see where it falls. Only a clinician can tell you what your number means for you. Lifestyle change, not a supplement, has the strongest record: the Diabetes Prevention Program cut the risk of type 2 diabetes by 58% (NIDDK, Diabetes Prevention Program).

  1. Normal rangeA1C below 5.7%Fasting below 100 mg/dL
  2. PrediabetesA1C 5.7-6.4%Fasting 100-125 mg/dL
  3. Diabetes rangeA1C 6.5% or higherFasting 126 mg/dL or higher

Type an A1C or a fasting number to see its range. One test is not a diagnosis; a doctor confirms with a repeat test.

Ranges from NIDDK (NIDDK, Diabetes & Prediabetes Tests). About 115.2 million U.S. adults have prediabetes, and many do not know it (CDC, National Diabetes Statistics Report). A home meter is not a diagnostic test.

Balance11

What are the pros and cons of Payarmin?

Payarmin's strengths are a full ingredient list, an easy routine and a clear refund promise. Its weak spots are hidden amounts and no trial of the product.

Pros

  • All 23 lines are printed on the label
  • One dropper, about ten seconds a day
  • 60-day results-or-refund guarantee
  • No subscription; one-time payment
  • Free U.S. shipping on 3 and 6 bottles

Cons

  • No trial of Payarmin itself
  • Only 0.7 mcg of chromium
  • 200 mg shared by 22 lines
  • Dropper volume is not printed
  • Caffeine with no amount; xylitol
  • Manufacturer not named

Weigh both lists against the price. The legitimacy check goes through the claims one at a time.

Pricing12

How much does Payarmin cost with shipping?

Payarmin costs $79 a bottle in a 2-pack, $69 in a 3-pack and $49 in a 6-pack. There is no 1-bottle pack.

Both the 3- and 6-bottle packs ship free in the U.S. On the 2-pack, shipping is extra and shown at checkout. Per day at 1 dropper, that works out to $2.63, $2.30 and $1.63. At 2 droppers a day it is $5.27, $4.60 and $3.27, because a bottle then lasts about 15 days.

Prices were checked on the sales page on October 19, 2026 (Payarmin sales page). They may change. Compare the packs side by side on the pricing page.

Reviews14

Are there verified Payarmin reviews?

No. We have no verified customer reviews of Payarmin, so we print no rating, no count and no quotes.

The vendor supplied review photos. Our review cards show them small, labeled as supplied by the vendor. The FTC bans fake reviews (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews), and it warns that fakes are hard to spot by eye (FTC, How To Evaluate Online Reviews). We would rather show empty slots than invent voices.

When real, verifiable reviews exist, they will appear on the Payarmin reviews page.

Badges15

What do the badges on the Payarmin website mean?

The badges are brand artwork. Each one is a claim with no named verifier, so treat it as a claim and not as a certificate.

The FDA-registered-facility and made-in-the-USA lines match text on the label. Being registered is not approval (FDA, Registration of Food Facilities guide), and an unqualified Made in USA claim means all or virtually all of the product (FTC, Complying with the Made in USA Standard).

Registered FDA facility badge
Registered FDA facility

The label says it was made in an FDA registered facility. Registration is not approval, and FDA does not approve supplements.

Good Manufacturing Practice badge
Good Manufacturing Practice

One of the brand's own badges. Since no certifier, audit or certificate is named, we treat it as a claim.

Foreign and domestic ingredients, USA badge
Foreign and domestic ingredients, USA

Same as the label: made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. No countries are named.

100% satisfaction guarantee badge
100% satisfaction guarantee

Matches the sales page guarantee. Return postage is on the buyer, per the order desk.

Doctor formulated badge
Doctor formulated

One of the brand's own badges. Neither the label nor the sales page names a doctor, so we cannot check this claim.

Non-GMO badge
Non-GMO

One of the brand's own badges. The label does not say non-GMO and names no verifier.

100% natural ingredients badge
100% natural ingredients

One of the brand's own badges. The label lists natural flavors, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, so read 'natural' as marketing.

Dairy free badge
Dairy free

One of the brand's own badges. No dairy ingredient is on the label, though that is not an allergen statement.

All of these badges come from the brand's own image set. Each badge is the seller's claim rather than a certificate, and none names a certifier, lab or audit. Supplements are not FDA-approved before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements), facility registration is not approval (FDA, Registration of Food Facilities guide), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

FAQ16

Payarmin questions people ask

What is Payarmin?

Payarmin is a dietary supplement sold as liquid drops in a 1 fl oz (30 mL) amber dropper bottle. Each 1 mL serving lists 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients. It is not a medicine, and FDA does not approve supplements before sale.

Does Payarmin lower blood sugar?

We cannot say that it does. No trial of Payarmin is named, and the American Diabetes Association finds no supplement proven to lower blood glucose. The single amounts in the blend are hidden, and chromium is 0.7 mcg against hundreds of mcg in studies. Ask your clinician about your numbers.

Can I take Payarmin with metformin or insulin?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist first, and keep taking your prescribed medicine. Several label ingredients, such as chromium and gymnema, may add to the effect of diabetes drugs and raise the chance of a low. Never stop or change a prescription because of a supplement.

How many droppers of Payarmin a day?

The label says take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, and not to exceed the recommended dose. Start with the lower amount unless your clinician says otherwise. The label does not print dropper size, so we assume 1 mL, the serving size, when we give days and costs.

How long does a single bottle of Payarmin last?

One 30 mL bottle lasts about 30 days at 1 dropper a day and about 15 days at 2 droppers a day, if a dropper holds 1 mL. A 3-bottle pack covers about 90 days at 1 dropper. A 6-bottle pack covers about 180.

Is Payarmin safe around dogs?

Keep it away from dogs. The drops contain xylitol, which FDA says can cause a rapid, dangerous drop in a dog's blood sugar within 10 to 60 minutes. If a dog may have licked or swallowed any, call a vet or animal poison line at once.

How much does Payarmin cost?

Packs cost $79 a bottle for 2 bottles ($158 plus shipping), $69 a bottle for 3 ($207, free U.S. shipping) and $49 a bottle for 6 ($294, free U.S. shipping). There is no 1-bottle pack. We checked the sales page on October 19, 2026.

Who reviews the Payarmin pages?

The Payarmin daily desk writes them. A medical reviewer slot is printed on each health page, but no reviewer is named yet, so we do not claim medical review. The about page explains what a reviewer will check once one is confirmed.
