Payarmin FAQ: the bottle and the label
Payarmin is a 30 mL dietary supplement in liquid drops, and its label answers most of these questions if you read it line by line.
Search by word, or scroll the groups below. Each answer starts from the printed label, then the sales page, then outside sources, and marks what no one has published.

What kind of product is Payarmin?
Payarmin is a liquid-drop dietary supplement. The label says Dietary Supplement, Advanced Support and 30 ML | 1 FL OZ. It is an amber glass bottle with a black dropper top. It is not a drug, and it is not a diabetes medicine.
What is in one serving of Payarmin?
One serving is 1 ml, and a bottle holds 30 of them. Each serving has chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the Daily Value, plus a 200 mg Proprietary Blend. The label prints no calories line.
How many ingredients does the Payarmin label list?
The label lists 23 lines: chromium plus 22 blend ingredients. The sales page names only six of them and prints no amounts. When the two disagree, the label is the document that counts, so this site follows it.
What are the other ingredients in the drops?
The label lists glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. These make up the liquid, the sweet taste and the preservation. They are not part of the 200 mg blend.
Why doesn't the label show the amount of each ingredient?
Federal rules let a supplement print one total weight for a proprietary blend and then list its parts from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). Payarmin does exactly that. Only the 200 mg total is known, so single amounts can only be bounded, never read.
Who makes Payarmin?
The label names a distributor, Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL 33804, and says the drops were made in an FDA registered facility. It does not name the manufacturer. It also says the product is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.
Ingredient and dose questions
Payarmin's doses are mostly hidden, so the answers below give a ceiling, not a number.
The 200 mg blend is shared by 22 lines. A line in place k can weigh at most 200 divided by k.
How much chromium is in a Payarmin dropper?
A 1 mL serving has 0.7 mcg of chromium. That is 0.35% of a 200 mcg dose, and the trials that tested chromium for glucose used hundreds of micrograms (NIH ODS, Chromium). Taking two droppers a day makes it 1.4 mcg, still a small fraction of those doses.
How much gymnema is in Payarmin?
The label does not say. Gymnema is the 8th line, so it can weigh at most 200/8 = 25 mg per serving, and it may weigh far less. Studies of gymnema extract used 200 to 400 mg a day (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph), so the label allows at best a small slice of that.
Does Payarmin have caffeine?
Probably some. Guarana and green tea are both on the label, and both carry caffeine (MSKCC, Guarana) (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?). No caffeine amount is printed. FDA treats 400 mg a day as a level most adults tolerate, so a person who also drinks coffee should count the drops as an unknown.
What is the first ingredient on the Payarmin label?
The first blend line is maca root extract, followed by grape seed and guarana. Chromium is printed above the blend as its own line. Because the list runs by weight, maca weighs at least as much as any other blend line, but the label never says how much that is.
Does the blend contain licorice?
It contains monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, a compound made from licorice, as the 20th line. It can weigh at most 200/20 = 10 mg per serving. Glycyrrhizin from licorice can raise blood pressure at high intakes (NCCIH, Licorice Root), so people on blood pressure medicine should ask a pharmacist.
Is there sugar in the drops?
The label lists no sugar in its other ingredients. The sweet taste comes from stevia extract and xylitol, and the glycerin adds body. Xylitol is a sugar alcohol, not a sugar, but it matters for pets (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). The label prints no calories line either.
What does an even split of the blend look like?
If all 22 lines weighed the same, each would be 200/22, or about 9.09 mg per serving. Real blends are rarely even. The list order only guarantees that line k weighs at most 200/k mg, so the early lines can be larger and the late lines much smaller.
How to take the drops each day
The label says to shake well and take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, placed in the mouth and swallowed.
The rest is routine: one time of day, one storage spot, the same steps each morning.
When should I take Payarmin during the day?
The label names no time. The sales page prefers the morning before a meal. Because guarana and green tea add caffeine, morning also suits anyone who sleeps lightly. Pick one time you will remember, and keep it the same each day.
Can Payarmin go into water or coffee?
The label says the drops go in the mouth and are swallowed. It does not describe mixing. Stirring them into a hot drink is not label-directed, and caffeine from coffee would add to the caffeine already in the drops. Follow the printed directions.
What if I forget a dose of Payarmin?
The label gives no make-up rule. It says not to exceed the recommended dose, which is 1 or 2 droppers full daily. If you miss a day, take your usual amount the next day. Do not double up to catch up.
How much liquid is in one dropper?
The label does not print the dropper volume. This site assumes 1 mL, the same as the serving size. If your dropper holds less, each dose has less of everything and the bottle lasts longer, so treat our day counts as estimates.
Should I shake the bottle first?
Yes. The label says to shake it well before each use. Do it every time, even if the drops look even, then fill the dropper and place the liquid in your mouth. Wipe the dropper tip and close the bottle after use.
How should I store Payarmin?
As the label says, keep it in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and humidity. A kitchen cupboard away from the stove works. The amber glass blocks some light, but a sunny windowsill or a hot car still goes against the label.
Safety, medicine and pet questions
Payarmin calls for a doctor's advice first if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or have a known medical condition.
A supplement never replaces prescribed medicine. Questions about low blood sugar, caffeine and dogs come up most.
Who should talk to a doctor before using Payarmin?
The label says pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician first. This also fits anyone on diabetes, blood pressure or heart medicine. Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed, and never stop it because of a supplement.
Can Payarmin cause low blood sugar?
It may, mainly when combined with diabetes medicine. Chromium, gymnema and ginseng have each been reported to add to such drugs (NIH ODS, Chromium). A low is under 70 mg/dL for many people, with shakiness, hunger and confusion (NIDDK, Low Blood Glucose). Tell your doctor before you start.
Is Payarmin safe in pregnancy or while nursing?
The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers to consult a physician before use, and this site has no data that would answer the question for you. No ingredient amounts are printed, so no one can check them against a pregnancy limit. Ask your clinician first.
Can a teenager take Payarmin?
The label tells anyone under 18 to consult a physician before using it. It is a caffeine-containing blend with undisclosed single amounts, so a parent should raise it with the teen's doctor first. This site does not recommend it for children.
Why does xylitol in the drops matter for pets?
Xylitol can cause a rapid, dangerous drop in a dog's blood sugar within 10 to 60 minutes of eating it (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). Keep the bottle in a closed cupboard, wipe spills at once, and call a vet or animal poison control right away if a dog gets into it.
What side effects can Payarmin cause?
The label lists none. The likely ones come from the parts: caffeine can cause jitters or poor sleep, and green tea extracts have caused rare liver injury (NCCIH, Green Tea). Stop and call a clinician for yellow skin, dark urine or severe stomach pain.
Has FDA signed off on Payarmin?
No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). The label says the drops were made in an FDA registered facility, and registration is not approval (FDA, Registration of Food Facilities guide). The label also carries the standard FDA disclaimer on its Supplement Facts side.
Questions about prices and orders
Payarmin sells in packs of 2, 3 or 6 bottles, from $49 a bottle on the 6 pack.
All prices come from the sales page checked on October 19, 2026. See the pricing page for the full table and the shipping page for what is and is not published.
Can I buy a single bottle of Payarmin?
No. The sales page checked on October 19, 2026 sells three packs only: 2 bottles at $79 each, 3 bottles at $69 each and 6 bottles at $49 each. There is no one-bottle option. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
What does a day of Payarmin cost?
At one dropper a day, the packs work out to $2.63, $2.30 and $1.63 a day for the 2, 3 and 6 bottle packs. At two droppers a day, double it: $5.27, $4.60 and $3.27. This assumes a 1 mL dropper.
Is shipping free on Payarmin?
The sales page gives free US shipping on the 3-bottle pack ($207) and the 6-bottle pack ($294). The 2-bottle pack ($158) shows its shipping cost at checkout. Delivery times, carriers and non-US countries are not published, so check the checkout page.
Does Payarmin come as a subscription?
No. The sales page describes a single payment and no auto-ship. You pay for the pack you choose and nothing renews later. Still, read the checkout page before you pay, because that page is the one that governs your order.
Where do I click to order Payarmin?
Any order button here goes to a short redirect and then to the official checkout page. We know of no authorized Amazon, Walmart, eBay or store listing. If you see the drops elsewhere, we cannot vouch for the seller or the seal.
How do I track or change an order?
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 (BuyGoods order desk) or email [email protected] with your order ID. This website's inbox cannot see orders. Shipping times are not published by the seller, so the order desk is the only reliable source for a tracking update.
What are the six digital guides?
They are digital bonuses the sales page lists with the 3 and 6 bottle packs. We have not reviewed their content, and several titles promise more than a supplement can deliver, so we do not repeat them. Check your checkout page for what your pack includes.

See packsQuestions about the 60-day refund
The refund window is 60 days from the date of purchase, and the order desk handles every claim.
The steps are short, but the deadline and the return postage are the parts people miss. The guarantee page has the timeline.
How long is the Payarmin money-back window?
It is 60 days, counted from the date of purchase, not from the day the box arrives. On the sales page it is called a "60-day Results or Refund Guarantee". Mark the deadline on a calendar the day you order so shipping time does not eat it.
Do I have to return full bottles or empty ones?
Either. The sales page says bottles are accepted "full and/or empty". Keep the bottles, the packing slip and your order ID until the refund posts. Mail them with tracking so you can show they arrived.
Who pays to ship the bottles back?
You do. The order desk says the buyer pays return shipping, so use a tracked service. A heavy 6-bottle return can cost real money, and that postage is not refunded. Add it to your math before you decide.
How do I start a Payarmin refund?
Phone +1 (302) 200-3480 or write to [email protected], giving your order ID. Then mail the bottles to the returns address with your full name, email and order ID. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days after the bottles are credited, plus time for your card issuer.
Questions about trust and this website
Payarmindaily is a seller's website, and it says so on every page.
These answers cover who we are, how we earn money and what the badges and lot numbers do and do not show. More detail sits on the about page and the quality page.
Is Payarmindaily the maker of Payarmin?
No. Payarmindaily is a stocked U.S. Payarmin counter. It is neither the manufacturer nor the distributor named on the label. The label's distributor is Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL. This site writes about the product and sends orders to the official checkout.
How does this website earn money?
It earns a commission when someone orders through its buttons. That is a reason to read our pages with care, so we show the label math, quote the sales claims in full and say where the evidence is thin. The price you pay is the same.
Are there verified Payarmin reviews?
None that we can verify. The vendor supplied review photos, and the review cards show them as vendor photos only. We print no star rating, count or customer quote. Fake reviews are banned by an FTC rule (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews), so we would rather show none.
What do the lot and CoA numbers prove?
Very little. The numbers P-26/PA-4985 and P-4985-26-PA are seller references. No lab report is published, so a number alone does not show what is in the bottle. Compare the lot on your bottle with the batch page before you rely on it.
Do the badges prove quality?
No. The FDA registered facility and made-in-USA badges match label text. The others, such as GMP, non-GMO and doctor formulated, name no certifier or doctor. We treat each badge as a claim until a verifier is named.
How do I reach the website team?
Email [email protected]. The desk answers Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, on page errors, privacy and press. For shipping and refunds on a placed order, use the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 instead, because the website team cannot see them.
What if your question is not here?
Email the website desk at [email protected] and the Payarmin daily desk will answer within its published hours.
Include the page you were reading and the line you could not match to the label. Questions that need a clinician belong with your doctor or pharmacist, not with us.
Tracking, changes and refunds go to +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected], with your order ID in hand.
