What Is Payarmin? The Drops, the Label and the Daily Routine

What is inside a Payarmin bottle?
Inside are 23 label lines: chromium as chromium picolinate, plus 22 ingredients in a single proprietary blend.
No single amount is printed, which US rules allow (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). The sales page names only six. We follow the label.
The blend runs most to least by weight. Split evenly, 22 lines share about 9.09 mg each. By list order, the 4th line (African mango) could weigh at most 50 mg, or far less.
Chromium is the only printed dose. Trials used hundreds of mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium), so 0.7 mcg is a small label amount. The drops also contain xylitol, which is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol).
How is Payarmin used through the day?
