What does a proprietary blend on a supplement label mean?
A proprietary blend is a group of ingredients listed under one name with one combined weight. US rules allow it, as long as the ingredients run in descending order by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)).
Only the total is required. The label owes you the sum, not the split.

How much of each ingredient is in a proprietary blend?
You cannot know exactly, but the order sets a ceiling. Line number k can weigh at most the total divided by k.
If the 4th line weighed more than 50 mg, three lines above it would each need to weigh at least as much, and the total would pass 200 mg. The same line could weigh far less.

No. US rules allow a supplement to show a blend's total weight with its ingredients in descending order by weight, without each amount. It is legal, but it keeps single doses hidden from you.
Can a blend line weigh more than the one above it?
No. Lines run from most to least by weight, so a later line can equal an earlier one at most. That is why line k is capped at the total divided by k, and why Payarmin's 8th line tops out at 25 mg.
Does 200 mg mean 200 mg of each ingredient?
