Is there a Payarmin subscription plan?
No. The sales page describes a one-time payment and no auto-ship (Payarmin sales page).
You pick a pack of 2, 3 or 6 bottles and pay once. Nothing in the sales page says the order renews, rebills or ships again on its own.

How do you reorder Payarmin without auto-ship?
You reorder by placing a new order on the official checkout, whenever you want one.
That puts the timing in your hands. A bottle lasts about 30 days at one dropper a day, assuming a 1 mL dropper, so a 3-bottle pack runs about 90 days.
Count the days from the day the pack arrives. Add the pack's supply (60, 90 or 180 days at one dropper). Set a calendar note about two weeks before that date.
How can you confirm nothing renews on your card?

Besides the pack price, the only other cost the sales page names is shipping on the 2-bottle pack, which the checkout shows.
Return postage is separate. If you use the 60-day results-or-refund guarantee, the buyer pays to mail the bottles back.
