What is on the Payarmin ingredients list?
The list starts with chromium (as chromium picolinate) at 0.7 mcg, then a proprietary blend of 22 ingredients that weighs 200 mg in all.
The blend runs from most to least by weight, so maca comes first and L-carnitine last. The sales page names only six ingredients. We follow the label, which shows more.
The full order is: maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, coleus forskohlii, capsicum, grapefruit, Panax ginseng (aerial), raspberry ketones, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, GABA, L-ornithine, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine.
How many plants and amino acids are in the blend?
Twelve of the 22 blend lines are plant extracts, eight are amino acids and two are other compounds.
Sorting by type shows what the bottle leans on. Plants fill the top twelve places, so the largest shares of the 200 mg belong to them. The amino acids sit in places 14 to 22.

What are the other ingredients in Payarmin?
The other ingredients are the carrier and the preservatives: glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors.
They make a sweet, shelf-stable liquid. Stevia is the main sweetener (FDA, Aspartame and Other Sweeteners), and xylitol adds more.
Xylitol is a danger to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). Store the bottle where a dog cannot reach it and wipe up spills.
The sales page says "100% natural", yet the label lists sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate. Read "natural" as marketing.

US rules let a proprietary blend list its total weight and hide each line (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). That is why only 200 mg is printed.
Order still gives a cap. Line k can weigh at most 200 divided by k. Maca could reach 200 mg, but gymnema at place 8 tops out at 25 mg, and ginseng at place 12 at 16.7 mg.

Does Payarmin contain caffeine?
The label prints no caffeine amount, but guarana seed extract and green tea leaf extract are both caffeine sources. They sit at places 3 and 7 in the blend. Keep the 400 mg a day FDA guide in mind if you also drink coffee (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?).
Is there any sugar or gluten on the Payarmin ingredients list?
No sugar, gluten or dairy ingredient is listed. The sweeteners are stevia extract and xylitol. The label carries no allergen statement, so anyone with a severe allergy should ask the order desk or a physician before buying.
Which Payarmin ingredient is listed first?
