Does the order of the formula tell you the amounts?
It tells you a ceiling, not an amount. The label lists the blend from most to least by weight.
So line k can weigh at most 200 / k mg. Maca, first, could be anything up to 200 mg. By the 12th line, ginseng, the ceiling falls to 16.7 mg.
Plants take the first twelve places. All 8 amino acids sit between the 14th and 22nd places, where the ceiling is 14.3 mg or less.
Any line can also weigh far less than its ceiling. We never print a single amount as if it were known.
Which formula lines are worth a closer look?
The lines with studies behind them are chromium, gymnema, ginseng and green tea, and the doses studied are far above what a milliliter can carry.
