What does the blend math say about the ingredient claims?
The blend math says each ingredient is a small part of 200 mg. On an even split, each of 22 lines gets about 9.09 mg per serving.
The list runs most to least by weight, so the 8th line, gymnema, can weigh at most 25 mg. Studies of gymnema extract used 200 to 400 mg a day (Drugs.com, Gymnema monograph).
Divide 200 by the line number. That is the most any line can weigh. Lines near the end of the list can only be tiny.
