The drops contain xylitol, which is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Paws Off Xylitol). A dog that licks a spill or chews the bottle needs a vet call right away. Put the bottle on a high shelf.

Can you mix Payarmin drops into a drink?
Place the drops in your mouth and swallow, the label says. It does not mention mixing. If you add them to a drink, use a small amount you finish at once, and remember that guarana and green tea already bring caffeine.
Do Payarmin drops taste sweet?
The label lists stevia, xylitol, lemon extract and natural flavors, so a sweet, lemony taste is likely. We have not tasted a bottle for this post. Gymnema can dull the sense of sweetness, but the amount in the blend is not printed.
Why does the Payarmin bottle need shaking?
The label says to shake it well before each use. A blend of plant extracts in glycerin and water can settle, so shaking spreads the ingredients through the liquid again. Skipping it could make one dropper differ from the next.
