What are the steps to cancel a Payarmin order?
Find your confirmation email, call or write the order desk, and ask for written confirmation of the cancellation.
Find the order ID
It is in the confirmation email. Have your full name and the email used at checkout too.
Call first
A phone call is the quickest way to learn whether the order has shipped. Note the date, time and the name of the agent.
Follow with an email
Write to [email protected]: "Please cancel my order" with your order ID. Keep the reply.
Watch your card
Look for a reversal or a refund line. If nothing appears, send the reply back to the desk.
What if the Payarmin order has already shipped?
