What is the daily limit for Payarmin?
The label sets the daily limit at 2 droppers full. It reads "Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily," then adds "Do not exceed recommended dose."
The bottle prints no time of day. The sales page prefers the morning, before a meal.
The label also does not say how much one dropper holds. We assume 1 mL, the same as the serving size. If your dropper holds less, every figure below shrinks with it.
What do 1 and 2 droppers add up to?
One dropper delivers one serving: 0.7 mcg of chromium and 200 mg of the blend. Two droppers double both.

Is one Payarmin dropper really 1 mL?
