How much caffeine is in guarana?
Guarana seeds contain caffeine, and many of guarana's effects are credited to it (MSKCC, Guarana). The share of caffeine in any given extract varies, and Payarmin's label does not state it.
NIH also notes that some labels do not declare the caffeine amount (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss). This is one of them.
So the honest answer is a ceiling on the extract, not a caffeine number.

Does Payarmin list its caffeine?
No. The Supplement Facts panel shows chromium and one 200 mg blend, with no caffeine line. Guarana and green tea are both in the blend, so caffeine is present, but the amount cannot be read from the label.
Is guarana caffeine stronger than coffee?
