Does forskolin help with weight loss?
The best trials say no. NIH reports that forskolin at 500 mg a day showed no effect on body weight in three 12-week trials (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements for Weight Loss).
It is a root extract of Coleus forskohlii. Memorial Sloan Kettering adds that studies proving its safety and effectiveness are lacking (MSKCC, Forskolin (Coleus forskohlii)).

How much forskolin is in Payarmin?
Not stated. Coleus forskohlii is 9th of 22 lines, so a mL holds at most 200 divided by 9, or 22.2 mg.
The trial dose was 500 mg of extract, 22.5 times that ceiling. At 2 droppers a day, the most possible is 44.4 mg, still under a tenth.
If the 22 lines shared the blend evenly, forskolin would hold 9.09 mg, under 2% of 500 mg. The label does not say which is nearer.

Is forskolin safe with blood pressure or blood thinners?
It may not be. Reported effects include low blood pressure, a slow heart rate and diarrhea, and lab work suggests it may add to blood pressure medicines and raise bleeding risk with warfarin (MSKCC, Forskolin (Coleus forskohlii)).
