Is there proof that Payarmin works?
No. The label and the sales page name no study of Payarmin, so there is no proof either way.
The sales page calls it "the best option for supporting healthy blood sugar levels." The American Diabetes Association finds no supplement proven to lower blood glucose (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements), and NCCIH says supplements do not replace diabetes care (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements).
"Work" also needs a meaning. A fair test names the result first, then asks what evidence backs it.

What do the best-studied ingredients show?
Ginseng and gymnema have the most glucose data in the blend, and both show small effects in larger doses.

- Gymnema: a 2021 meta-analysis of 10 studies compared people with their own baseline only, with high variation (Devangan et al., Phytother Res 2021).
- Chromium: trials gave mixed results, and healthy people saw no glucose help (NIH ODS, Chromium).
