Blood Sugar Support Vitamins: What Payarmin Does and Does Not List
Payarmin lists no vitamins. Its only nutrient line is chromium, a trace mineral, at 0.7 mcg per mL, which is 2% of the Daily Value. The other 22 lines are plant extracts, compounds and amino acids in a 200 mg blend. A whole 30 mL bottle holds about 21 mcg of chromium.

Which vitamins are in Payarmin?
None. The Supplement Facts panel prints chromium and one proprietary blend, and no vitamin line such as C, D or B12.
People often shop "vitamins for blood sugar" as one category. Payarmin does not fit it, and we will not stretch the word.

How much chromium is 0.7 mcg?
Very little. The Daily Value is 35 mcg, so 0.7 mcg is 2%, and the adequate intake for adults is 20-35 mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium).
The math is plain. One dropper (assumed 1 mL) gives 0.7 mcg. A whole 30 mL bottle gives 30 x 0.7, or 21 mcg, still under one day's 35 mcg value.
Trials used 200-1,000 mcg a day, and one 1997 trial saw lower fasting glucose at 1,000 mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium). A 2010 trial found no significant change at 1,000 mcg.
Do vitamins help blood sugar if you are not deficient?
The ADA says that without an underlying deficiency, supplements show no benefit for glucose (ADA, Vitamins & Supplements).
A deficiency is a medical finding, tested by a clinician. It is not something a bottle can tell you.

Is chromium a vitamin?
No. Chromium is a trace mineral. NIH sets an adequate intake of 20-35 mcg for adults, and the Daily Value is 35 mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium). Payarmin's 0.7 mcg per mL is a small label amount against that scale.
Can I take a multivitamin with Payarmin?
